It seems it’s today’s fashion to sue FXCM. Yet another investigation into FXCM was just announced. This is the fourth case in a month that FXCM is either being sued or is being investigated. Previously I reported that FXCM acquired ODL for only 3.5% of its shares, deal that was valued back then at $23.6 million. I hence deduced that FXCM’s value was around $676 million pre-money. It is only now that I was thoroughly reviewing Gain Capital’s IPO prospectus that I noticed details the full details of the Gain Capital’s acquisition of CMS Forex’s retail business.
